Despite always wanting to be a US Naval officer and on the path to receiivng my own command as sea, I resigned my commission to enjoy more time with my family. Realizing my “why” had changed, I entered the corporate world.
Using my 28 years experience leading and developing people, my passion is to empower others to achieve their career goals, find fulfillment in their work, and live the life of their dreams. I offer a customized, results-driven approach to developing a confident and unstoppable mindset with an actionable strategy.

Yvette Riddle, Graphic Design & Coach
With a career in design that spans over three decades, Yvette Riddle brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the LinkedIn banner creation segment of our coaching program. As a freelance graphic designer, Yvette’s expertise includes a wide range of design projects, from landing pages and social media graphics to tradeshow booth designs and corporate identity.
In her role, Yvette spends quality time with our clients to understand their personal and professional aspirations, style preferences, and career goals. Using this insight, she crafts LinkedIn banner options that make a strong and lasting first impression. Skilled in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva, Yvette not only designs visually appealing banners but also helps clients become comfortable with their own creativity.
Outside of work, Yvette enjoys painting, drawing, and horsemanship, continually fueling her passion for art and riding.
